Responsibilities
Own end-to-end IT Infrastructure Service Delivery (Data Center, Network, Cloud, End-User, Security).
Manage SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL-based processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests).
Act as primary client/stakeholder contact for escalations and service performance.
Drive service improvement plans, governance, and compliance audits.
Lead infrastructure operations teams (onsite/offshore), ensuring high availability.
Manage vendors, budgets, capacity planning, and infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
10+ years in IT Infrastructure Service Delivery/Operations.
Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Data Center, and Network services.
Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in vendor management, contracts, and SLA governance.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
