Service Delivery Manager | Public Sector | Singaporean Only
Job Responsibilities
• Oversee the successful delivery of multiple enterprise projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, pre-sales and sales to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress and resolving any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve project delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring appropriate governance and compliance measures are in place.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive project success.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their requirements, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for additional services or project expansions, working closely with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve project profitability, including cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Track project performance against budget and identify areas for improvement.
Qualification & Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in service delivery management or related roles, with a focus on delivering multiple projects.
• Proven recent experience in managing large-scale service delivery projects in the public sector industry.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Able to speak in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
