Summary:
The Service Delivery Representative serves as the primary link between Clients, Sales & Internal teams, providing detailed production instructions for active jobs.
Responsibilities:
Interacts with clients on specific jobs to ensure world-class service is delivered at every client touch pointAssists in production planningRecognizes, manages and delivers service solutions on a day-to-day basis for specific jobsCommunicates job status to internal deal team to ensure continuous, smooth transition between shiftsMonitors job status and follows-up using internal systems (e.g., turn notes) to ensure client needs met or exceededActs as a resource for clients regarding current regulatory news, products, service solutions, client/market business and internal Donnelley capabilitiesMaintains on-going client relationships, client satisfaction, on-time delivery and accurate performance (zero defects on filings and printings)Performs other tasks as assigned by the companyQualifications:
