Service Desk Analyst | 12 Hours Shift - Tai Seng (DAPH)
Location: Tai Seng (TSX)
Shift Work Hours: 12 hour shifts Day alternating – 3 days on 2 days off, 2 days on 2 days off
Training Period: normal work hours for 2 to 3 months – after the training period will be shift work
Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the customer
- Walk the customer through the problem‑solving process
- Direct unresolved issues to the next support personnel
- Provide accurate information on IT products and services
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Follow up and update customer status and information
- Pass any feedback and suggestions by the customer to the appropriate internal team
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedure
