Job Responsibilities
Responsible for setting up, installing, and troubleshooting semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to service, maintain, and upgrade equipment.
Conduct technical training for customers on equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Willing to work in a cleanroom environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers.
Comfortable with overseas travel for work purposes
