Job Description
- The Service Executive is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations of the outlet.
This role requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude in handling customer needs and supporting service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Greet and seat customers professionally and courteously.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist in cashiering duties, including billing and payment collection.
- Support team members and coordinate with the kitchen for smooth service flow.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage (training will be provided).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, friendly personality, and service-oriented mindset.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with good time management and multitasking skills.
