Responsibilities
Documentation (in Office): Collect all projects info from the sales and engineering department; Prepare and submit project schedule to customer; Prepare workshop/site drawings with Engineers; Prepare and submit risk assessment forms, work methods to main contractor; Prepare ‘as built’ drawing with Engineer; Prepare and submit all forms for instruction manual to Engineer.


At Site: Visit site upon award and meet with owners and main contractors; Plan, mark and arrange to bring all materials and equipment to correct position; Bring subcontractors to site and give detail instructions; Attend all site meetings as instructed by Project Manager and Assistant Engineer; Supervise installation of all equipment; Be responsible for safety in site; Commission the equipment and ensure it complies with contract specifications; Prepare commissioning report; Attend to and supervise all repairs during defects liability period.


Others: Travel as and when you required to trouble shoot and commission refrigeration equipment on behalf of Epta.
