Service Technician (Mobile and IT Products)
To perform troubleshooting, inspections and examinations, troubleshoot problems as per customer’s complaints.
May require to contact customer via phone call/sms for follow up or to provide quotation for out of warranty repair and update repair status in the Customer Service system should there be additional fault or for fault verification.
Repair and replacement of defective parts, components or upgrading softwares to rectify the fault.
To conduct maintenance checks to ensure quality and efficiency of devices.
To meet all required repair KPIs (e.g., Repair turnaround time, quality of each repair...
etc).
Adhere to OEM and Company’s SOP to achieve KPIs and repair processes.
To churn daily productivity reports (including reporting of common faults found during diagnosis or repairs).
Ensure technical table are neat and tidy before leaving.
Position Requirements
Experience in Mobile phones and laptop repairs.
ITE in Electronic / IT or technical skills certificate preferred.
And with minimum GCE N levels or equivalent Or 1 year work experience in repairs of electronic devices.
Willing to learn new repair skills for different types of electronic devices.
Team Player.
Able to work retail hours (5.5 days work week).
