Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to handle equipment servicing and support at customer premises.
The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and coordination with customers and sub-contractors to ensure projects and service works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Attend to equipment faults and perform troubleshooting at customers' premises
- Liaise with customers and sub-contractors on add-on project activities and service works
- Monitor project and service progress to ensure schedule and quality standards are met
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment for site installation and rectification
- Carry out periodic maintenance for customers' systems
- Provide standby duty support as required
Requirements
- Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 2–3 years' hands-on experience in troubleshooting card access, alarm, and CCTV systems
- Valid Class 3 driving license required
- Able to perform standby duty as rostered
