Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will be adjusted based on experience level and expertise
Participate in designing and implementing advanced ServiceNow solutions that integrate with Gen AI, Agentic AI, and hyperautomation technologies
Configure and customize core ServiceNow modules while incorporating AI-powered capabilities
Develop AI-enhanced workflows, virtual agents, and predictive systems that elevate traditional ServiceNow implementations
Collaborate on end-to-end business transformation projects, not just technical implementations
Work alongside a holistic team of business process consultants, UI/UX designers, AI experts, and architects
Contribute to creating AI-powered ITSM, Virtual Agents, and predictive workflows
Stay at the cutting edge of ServiceNow's newest features and AI integration capabilities
Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring as part of our collaborative team environment
Qualifications
Required
Experience working with ServiceNow platforms (level of experience will determine role seniority)
ServiceNow certification or willingness to obtain certification (fully sponsored by SimplifyNext)
Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and web services (depth required varies by seniority)
Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies
Strong communication skills to bridge technical implementation with business transformation
Interest in AI and automation technologies and their application within ServiceNow
Preferred
Experience with or interest in AI integrations with ServiceNow
Multiple ServiceNow certifications or specializations
Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules and enterprise applications
Background in business process transformation, not just technical implementation
Understanding of Gen AI, Agentic AI, or hyperautomation concepts
Project leadership or consulting experience
