We are seeking technically proficient Software Engineers with 3 to 5 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
The candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in platform configuration, workflow development, and systems integration, with a proven ability to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Development, Design and Implementation of ServiceNow modules including Strategic Portfolio Management, (ITBM), ITSM, FSM (Field Service), and CSM (Customer Service)
· Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, scripts, etc.
· Lead technical discussions and translate functional requirements into technical designs
· System upgrades, patch management, and ensure optimal performance and availability
· Implement ITIL-aligned processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB
· Create real-time dashboards, performance analytics, and operational reports
· Provide code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce development best practices
