Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to technical training enquiries and provide effective follow-up.
* Manage front-end administrative tasks related to course operations in an efficient and timely manner.
* Oversee the online course registration system to ensure smooth user experience and data accuracy.
* Handle ad-hoc and urgent training requests with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
* Generate regular reports to support performance tracking and training effectiveness analysis.
* Periodically update and maintain marketing materials and course collaterals.
* Provide operational support for course delivery in collaboration with the Operations team.
* Assist in planning and executing marketing and outreach activities such as events, seminars, and career fairs to promote the Training Centre and boost course enrolment.
* Support corporate initiatives and events organized by the company as required.
* Identify, evaluate, and liaise with outsourcing partners and vendors.
* Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with service standards and technical requirements.
Requirements
* Minimum Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a training or education setting.
* Highly adaptable and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiar with the WSQ Training Framework and TMS (Training Management System).
* Good understanding of regulatory requirements, including MOM's Accredited Training Provider Scheme and schemes from other government agencies (e.g., SCDF, NEA, BCA).
* Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines under pressure.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant IT tools.
* Willingness to work evenings (approx.
2 times per month) and weekends (approx.
once per month) on a rotational basis as needed.
