About The Role
This is a Fixed Term Contract (1 Year) role.
Our client is looking for a highly experienced and technically proficient SharePoint Development Manager to lead the design, development, and administration of our Microsoft SharePoint environments, both Online and On-Premise.
In this key role, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions, managing their end-to-end implementation, and ensuring strong governance across the SharePoint platform.
The ideal candidate will combine deep SharePoint expertise with strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to drive innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.
What you'll be doing?
- Solution Architect: Design end-to-end SharePoint architectures that effectively address business needs and adhere to best practices.
- Development Leader: Spearhead the development of custom SharePoint solutions using various tools and technologies, including Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and custom code (e.g., JavaScript, .NET, SPFx).
- Process Innovator: Architect and implement automated workflows to streamline critical business processes.
- Integration Specialist: Strategize and execute seamless integrations between SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Teams, OneDrive) and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
- Environment Manager: Take ownership of SharePoint site collections, security protocols, and content management policies.
- Governance Champion: Develop and enforce comprehensive SharePoint governance policies and best practices.
- Upgrade Strategist: Plan and execute SharePoint environment upgrades and migrations (e.g., from on-premises to SharePoint Online) with precision, including migrations from legacy systems or older SharePoint versions, utilizing tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, or native PowerShell scripts.
Expertly configure and manage the diverse range of SharePoint features and functionalities to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaboration Facilitator: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide expert support to drive SharePoint adoption.
Provide expert technical support to end-users, develop comprehensive user documentation, and conduct engaging training sessions to drive SharePoint adoption and ensure effective platform usage.
- Technical Mentor: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
Provide strong architectural leadership in the design and deployment of both SharePoint Online and On-Premise environments, ensuring optimal scalability, robust security, and high performance.
Who are they looking for?
- SharePoint Expert: You have at least 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing Microsoft SharePoint environments (both Online and On-Premise).
- Technical Proficiency: You possess deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, infrastructure, and development tools.
- Microsoft 365 Savvy: You're well-versed in Microsoft 365 services and their integration with SharePoint.
Security Conscious: You have a solid understanding of Microsoft SharePoint security principles and user management.
Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks related to SharePoint.
Migration Maven: You're experienced in planning and executing SharePoint migrations and upgrades.
- Certified Professional: You hold relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Developer Associate.
- Educational Background: You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Other Information:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Office Location: Kallang Pl, Singapore must be flexible for different working projects site)
- Salary: $7500 - $9500
- Fixed Term Contract (1 year)
