Job Scope:
SharePoint Support: Supporting and maintaining SharePoint Online and On-Prem environments.
Incident Management: Handling incidents, change requests, and service requests.
Configuration and Management: Configuring new sites, managing access and permissions.
Migration and Deployment: Performing migrations using ShareGate and deploying custom features.
Training and Documentation: Providing training, documentation, and user guides.
User Support: Providing day-to-day user support, troubleshooting, and resolving access issues.

Educational Requirements
Certifications
Microsoft Certifications: MS-900, MS-102, PL-100, SC-300.
ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD (advantage).
Experience
Less Experience Required: Fewer years of experience required, but strong technical skills are essential.
SharePoint Knowledge: Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture and functionality.
Technical Skills
SharePoint: Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and On-Prem.
Microsoft Power Platform: Proficient in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
Scripting and APIs: Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph API, and SPFx.
Security and Governance: Understanding of governance and security best practices.
Software Knowledge
SharePoint Versions: SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online (M365).
Microsoft Tools: MS Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps.
Development Tools: Visual Studio 2022, SharePoint Designer, AvePoint Office Connect.
