Key Responsibilities:
· Assist brokers with administrative and operational tasks
· Perform data entry and update internal systems accurately
· Check, organize, and follow up on documentation and emails
· Liaise with clients when necessary (e.g., follow up on missing documents)
· Ensure accuracy of data and support the team's daily workflow
Requirements:
· Minimum O-Level / ITE qualification and above in any field
· Hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented
· Able to manage daily routine or repetitive tasks efficiently
· Basic computer knowledge (e.g., Excel, Word)
· Able to respond to emails or phone calls after working hours, if needed due to the nature of the work
· No prior experience required, training will be provided
