Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily outbound and inbound shipments (local & international).
• Prepare and verify all shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, FTA forms).
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Negotiate freight charges, check freight forwarder invoices for accuracy / resolution of invoice disputes or queries for each shipments handle and ensure timely invoicing submit to finance to arrange payments.
• Ensure shipments comply with international trade regulations and customer requirements.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
• Assist in providing accurate shipment cost and preparation/arrangement updates for reporting purpose.
• Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Production, QC, Warehouse) for smooth shipment planning.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in shipping processes and logistics efficiency.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Familiar with international shipping procedures, Incoterms, payment term and export/import documentation, customs clearance processes and legal/regulatory requirements.
