Job Responsibilities
Coordinate shipments for assigned key accounts, ensuring smooth and timely logistics operations.
Verify freight rates, transportation charges, manpower costs, and all related expenses to prepare accurate customer quotation requests.
Prepare quotations for air freight, sea freight, and road transportation services.
Follow up on shipment movements with overseas agents and provide customers with timely updates.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), contact matrices, and transport mapping records.
Collaborate closely with customers to address recurring service issues and recommend process improvements or effective solutions.
Demonstrate flexibility and strong problem-solving skills to manage risks and implement alternative solutions that minimize service disruptions.
Provide support in preparing quotations and managing tenders.
Follow up with customers after sales calls to ensure satisfaction and resolve any feedback or complaints.
Job Requirements
Min Diploma holder, with at least 2-3 years of experience in the relevant industry
Sales Oriented; Good team player with the ability to work independently
Knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and powerpoint)
