Key Responsibilities
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and vision of ZOOMOOV.
Anticipates customer and store needs by approaching, talking and observing guests around the store.
Communicates information to manager or operations team members so that the team can respond as necessary to create a great customer experience.
Contribute to a positive team environment by helping others, do your part and keep open communication.
Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
Discovers and responds to customer needs.
Follows ZOOMOOV operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety, to ensure the safety.

To ensure the safety of all Kids and customers during their visit to ZOOMOOV.
Requirements:
Can commit 38 hours per month including weekends, school holidays and public holidays, and for the long-term
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
