-Showroom Sales (Curtains, Blinds, Upholstery & Carpets)
Job Responsibilities
• Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional consultation on curtains, wall coverings, indoor & outdoor blinds, upholstery/handcrafted sofa fabrics, and carpeting.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products and design solutions.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
• Maintain showroom display, product samples, and ensure the showroom is welcoming and presentable.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Work closely with designers, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate project requirements.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and new collections.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle after-sales service and follow up on customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Sales or customer service experience in interior design, home furnishing, or related industry preferred (training will be provided).
• Strong interest in home décor, fabrics, and design.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to read measurements and provide basic advice on installation (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Willing to work retail showroom hours, including weekends and public holidays.
