Your Mission

  • Own the showroom: Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales/design team
  • Deliver VIP customer experiences from consultation to close
  • Convert walk-ins and inquiries into high-ticket sales
  • Ensure the showroom reflects the latest in design, innovation, and quality
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and ops teams for seamless execution
  • Track KPIs, coach staff, and drive revenue growth

  • 3+ years in retail or interior sales management (modular cabinet experience is a huge plus)
