Our client is a premier financial institution with a strong market positioning in the region.

It is now seeking to recruit a high caliber Singapore Talent Acquisition Lead.

Responsibilities

Reporting to Country Head of HR, you will be responsible for talent acquisition strategy, framework, policies, and standards.

Leading a high performing team, you will manage full lifecycle recruitment activities from strategy, sourcing to execution.

You will closely partner with the senior leaders and HR partners to deliver high level of hiring standards and talent objectives for Singapore.

Key Requirements

You will possess at least 10 years of talent acquisition experience ideally gained in financial services.

Candidates who are currently outside of financial services can also apply.

Full life-cycle recruitment experience from sourcing to execution will be highly preferred.

With strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, you are strategic, hands-on, creative, credible and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
