Responsibilities
* Perform accurate data entry for invoices, receipts, and employee expense claims
* Support general bookkeeping tasks, including invoice tracking and petty cash management
* Prepare basic internal financial reports
* Liaise with external accountants or auditors during the annual financial closing process
* Assist with maintaining full sets of accounts for three entities (one with minimal activity)
* Utilize MYOB accounting software for day-to-day financial operations
* Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy at all times
* Manage multiple tasks efficiently while working independently
* Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
* Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiently
Requirements
* Background in accounting, with hands-on experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or general accounting tasks
* Experience in managing full sets of accounts is preferred
* Familiarity with MYOB accounting software is essential
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
