Responsibilities:
· To process all types of customs import & outward permits including preparation of export documentations.
· Interface with multiple parties including network/agent, customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements and information & when required.
· To check overseas and provide air import quotation.
· Provide customer service & have customer centric aptitude.
· Handle pre-alert documents from oversea counterparts.
Arrange air shipment for import clearance & delivery.
· To coordinate shipment arrangement with the suppliers/vendor of the airfreight operations.
· To coordinate and execute the cross-trade business of other countries related to Singapore business.
· To generate billing invoices.
Able to meet both internal & external cut-off time on jobs billing.
· To actively track and monitor shipments and update customers accordingly.
· Comply with local regulation & internal procedures.
· Processing of Import & Export permit declaration using Tradenet.
· Receiving of job orders and prepare all documents required for submission based on the job information and requirements provided by the customer.
· To work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.
Requirements:
· Min.
GCE 'O' or 'N' Level/Diploma in Logistics (Freight Forwarding Services)
· Min.
2 to 3 years of working experience in air freight
· Possessed Certificate in Tradenet
· Knowledge of customer service principles & both import/export air operations
· Knowledge of computer applications & administrative procedures
