Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and submit applications to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), including Employment Passes, Work Permits, renewals, and other related transactions.
Handle immigration matters with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), such as Dependant’s Passes, Long-Term Visit Passes, and other relevant applications.
Draft and manage corporate secretarial documents, including directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, annual returns, meeting minutes, company incorporation paperwork, and updates on corporate changes.
Communicate with clients, applicants, and relevant government agencies to collect, verify, and ensure the accuracy of required information and documentation.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of applications, statutory registers, and supporting documents.
Monitor the status of applications, follow up on outstanding cases, and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Prepare official letters, forms, and supporting documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc documentation tasks as required.
Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in handling MOM and/or ICA applications is advantageous.
Familiarity with corporate secretarial procedures and documentation is preferred.
Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
