Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive, one-stop financial advisory services by actively promoting and cross-selling a full suite of wealth management products, including insurance, loans, unit trusts, and other investment solutions
* Engage in consultative selling to identify and address customers' financial needs effectively
* Proactively build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, delivering consistent after-sales service and support
* Participate in a structured 3-month training program at the start of your career, followed by annual training sessions to keep your skills current and aligned with industry trends
Develop a rewarding career path through either the *Management Track** (leading to Branch Manager roles) or Specialist Track (progressing toward Relationship Manager / Associate Director roles serving high-net-worth clients)
Requirements:
* Possess a Diploma or Degree, preferably in Business, Banking & Finance, or Engineering
* Demonstrated interest or passion in investment and financial planning
* Self-motivated, growth-oriented individuals with a strong willingness to learn and adapt
