Responsibilities:
* Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and rate sheets for customers.
* Coordinate daily shipments in collaboration with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams.
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Monitor and update shipment statuses, ensuring timely communication with customers regarding delivery progress.
* Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth cargo flow.
* Support the preparation of sales reports, performance metrics, and monthly summaries.
* Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, pricing updates, and correspondence.
* Provide general administrative support to the sales department and assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
* Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or sales support
* Basic understanding of logistics operations, including import/export processes, shipping, and documentation, is an advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
* Positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* A team player with a customer-centric approach.
