Key Responsibilities:
1) Content Strategy & Planning
-Brainstorm, curate, plan, and execute engaging content across digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
2) Creative Development
-Create and edit high-quality static visuals and videos, including reels, GIFs, and short-form content.
3) Trendspotting & Engagement
-Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and platform updates.
-Utilise trending topics and moments to boost engagement and brand visibility.
4) Publishing & Scheduling
Manage and schedule posts using social media tools and content calendars to maintain a consistent brand presence.
5) Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal team members (marketing executives and liaisons) and external partners (media, influencers, and content creators) to amplify campaigns.
6) Analytics & Reporting
-Monitor and analyse content performance metrics.
-Provide insights and recommendations to enhance overall digital strategy
Requirements:
•Singaporean ONLY
•Min Diploma holder
•Experience in brainstorming, curating, planning, and executing engaging content across digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
•A proactive self-starter who is also a team player in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
•Proficient in editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar software.
•Visually creative with a strong aesthetic sensibility and digital trend awareness.
•Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
•A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and/or medical aesthetics (industry experience is a strong advantage).
