Our client is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as a Site Admin
Responsibilities
- General administration support to project team
- Simple HR admin duties and payroll calculation
- Handle project documentation and filing
- Filter, sort and distribute incoming mails, emails and phone calls to appropriate site personnel
- Ordering of equipment and tools
- Arrange and coordinate meetings
- Prepare meeting minutes, notices, agendas and other correspondences
- Perform ad-hoc administrative works assigned by Project Manager from time to time
Requirements
- At least 2 years Admin experience in construction industry
- Self motivated and willing to learn attitude
- Willing to work in site office and 5.5 days week
