Responsibilities
- Handle site documentation, permits, safety records, and daily reports.
- Prepare, manage, and file correspondence, invoices, delivery orders, and material records.
- Support project teams in scheduling, manpower coordination, and logistics.
- Monitor attendance, timesheets, and overtime submissions.
- Assist in procurement activities, including quotations and purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities when required.
Requirements
- Diploma/NITEC in Business Administration, Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in the construction or civil engineering industry preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of LTA/roadwork projects will be an advantage.
- Willing to travel to Gul Drive by end of 2025
