About the Role
Join a global leader in modular facility solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.
As Site Architect, you'll be based full-time on-site, overseeing architectural works for GMP-compliant environments.
This role is critical to ensuring design integrity, regulatory compliance, and construction quality throughout modular project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and local codes (e.g., BCA, URA, SCDF).
- Review shop drawings, materials, and method statements aligned with modular construction standards.
- Conduct site inspections and issue reports on quality, progress, and compliance.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve site-related issues.
- Maintain documentation and support client/consultant reporting.
- Participate in completion inspections and manage defect rectification.
- Promote safety and ensure architectural installations meet workplace and GMP standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture and registered under the Board of Architects Singapore.
- Minimum 5 years' Singapore site supervision experiences, with proven exposure to modular construction methods and cleanroom detailing projects.
- Strong understanding of local regulations and architectural detailing.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM viewers, and MS Office.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with business stakeholders and cross-border project teams.
- Willing to travel for short-term overseas assignments.
- May require overtime work or weekend inspections depending on site progress.
