Responsibilities
Developing the construction plans with teams, review and follow up the Works.
Monitoring progress, tracking budgets, managing project schedules.
Overseeing the daily activities of work teams and managing the technical execution of specific project.
Collaborating and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
Preparing and submitting progress reports, site reports, and technical documentation.
Conducting quality assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards, legal guidelines, and design specifications.
Any other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, preferably from a university recognized by the Singapore PE Board or BCA.
Fresh graduated, 1-2 years’ experience in Civil Infrastructure Engineering (Construction).
The ability to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve unexpected technical challenges that arise on a construction site.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills to supervise work crews and delegate tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey instructions, report progress, and coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Excellent planning, coordination, and project management skills.
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical fitness and mobility for on-site work and inspections.
