Duties and Responsibility
LTA A&A Experience (Must)
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supervision of architectural works in building construction
Handle technical and engineering problems
Plan and execute work schedule based on contract schedule
Coordinate and control construction works on site
Evaluate subcontractors’ risk assessment, safe work procedures and method statements
Review subcontractors/supplier performance after completion works
Well-versed in Construction Method Statements
Manage Piling, Excavation, ERSS, RC, and Architecture work
Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals before construction work starts
Developing the program of work and strategy for making the project happen
Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials
Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety, and the environment are adhered to
Ensure progress of work is within budget & timelines as well as quality & safety objectives
Well-versed in construction sequence, principles and LTA regulatory requirements
Good leadership skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Great team player
