About the Roles
We are looking for a Site Engineer / Architectural Coordinator (Civil Works) to join a construction firm, working primarily on project sites.
This is a permanent position with a 5.5-day work week (Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm; Saturday half-day WFH).

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead project planning, oversee site activities, and ensure works are completed on schedule.
- Monitor costs, allocate resources, and manage timelines to keep projects within budget.
- Enforce compliance with safety standards and the WSH Act across all site operations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site matters and attend meetings when required.
- Supervise and guide the project team, setting clear procedures and offering direction.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify issues early, propose solutions, and assess overall project outcomes.
- Handle authority submissions and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Ensure site staff and workers follow safety, quality, and client standards.
- Support management in monitoring risk controls and recommend corrective measures.
- Collaborate with the QS department in subcontractor evaluation and awards.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals for ad-hoc tenders.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve operational issues to prevent delays.
- Assist with other project-related tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Familiarity with BCA submissions and regulatory processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
