About the Roles
We are seeking a Site Engineer / Architectural Coordinator (Civil Works) to join our team on a permanent basis.
This role is based on-site at various project locations and follows a 5.5-day work schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm; Saturday half day WFH).

What You'll Be Doing
- Plan and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely progress and completion.
- Monitor site works closely to maintain compliance with safety regulations and the WSH Act.
- Control project costs, allocate resources effectively, and manage scheduling to stay within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all site-related matters.
- Represent the company in site meetings and address client concerns promptly.
- Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to the site team, including engineers, supervisors, and workers.
- Resolve site issues quickly to avoid disruptions or delays.
- Ensure all works meet organisational, client, and regulatory quality and safety standards.
- Handle submissions to authorities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support management in risk monitoring, reviewing control measures, and recommending improvements.
- Work with the QS team on awarding subcontractor packages.
- Contribute to technical proposals for ad-hoc tenders.
- Carry out other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Skilled in interpreting and working with technical drawings.
- Familiarity with BCA submission processes and local regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while being a strong team player.
- High initiative and resilience to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
