Job Responsibilities
Able to plan, implement and monitor work schedule for all necessary sites.
Ability to source for suppliers / sub-contractors for smooth operation on site.
Independent & able to resolve any technical difficulties & problems that may arise on site.
Assist the Project Manager in the daily coordination, planning and execution of the project plan at site.
Liaison with the relevant parties involved in the project work.
Prepare site program chart for management review regularly.
Other related duties assigned by the company from time to time.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree with 1-2 years relevant experience in Building construction.
Experience in Civil Engineering related field is added advantage.
Possess good communication skill for effective follow-up and attention to details.
Ability to interact with all levels in a professional & responsive manner, display maturity and able to handle stress.
Willingness to learn and progress.
Enthusiastic team player.
