Overview
We are woodwork and carpentry service provider in various site, and we looking for a Site Manager to meet our business needs.
He/she will
- Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public when require.
- Coordinating and supervising construction workers
- Maintain and manage site storage areas for materials and equipment.
- Planning ahead to prevent the problem on-site before it occurs, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction site safety
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Ensure progress of work is within budget and timelines as well as quality and safety objectives.
- Finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up
- Assessing and minimising risk
- Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communications and negotiation skills
As site managers work on site wherever that site is, be prepared to relocate or face a longer commute as and when required.
