Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a Site Manager who has at least 8 years of experience managing Deep Soil Mixing sites.
This role will be required to:
- Provide guidance and support to project manager on execution of the daily production plans and activities (e.g., rig movement, and people allocation and material arrangement) at project site.
- Bring to attention and get approval from project manager for changes in required resources (e.g., OT, additional manpower or additional equipment).
- Audit and highlight QA/QC non-conformance to Site Engineer.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition (e.g., planned periodic maintenance i.e., daily, monthly etc., boom down inspections, taking effective steps to respond to breakdowns etc.).
- Support project manager on working platform safety at the project site.
- Develop direct reports through engagement, coaching and performance feedback (Product-related knowledge to supervisor and operator).
- Support innovation and continuous process improvement
- Be accountable to ensure global HSEQ programs and initiatives are implemented at project site (e.g. OSA, pre-mob inspection, 5S/Lean)
- Ensure full compliance to company's HR policies for their team.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction Management.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience managing Deep Soil Mixing (or equivalent products) project sites.
- Possess relevant safety certifications.
- Experience in other ground improvement products will be an advantage.
