Key responsibilities include working closely with the Manager to ensure smooth operations, supervising and assisting a team of crew on site, maintaining and controlling the use of stock, equipment and consumables, assisting the Manager in maintaining an up-to-date asset list, scheduling jobs and holiday leaves, monitoring performance and absenteeism of crew, ensuring appropriate PPE are worn by crew, preparing overtime rosters for approval by the Manager, upkeep of all equipment, ensuring company policies and standards are met by crew at all facilities, liaising and monitoring work done by outsourced contractors, and performing other duties assigned by the Manager or Management.
The ideal candidate will possess negotiation, leadership, construction, quality control, strategy development, inventory management, job description writing, consumable management, sanitation, talent identification, training new employees, budgeting, customer satisfaction, and customer service skills.
They should be able to develop and implement effective strategies, manage inventory levels, and ensure high-quality customer service.
