This role will report directly to the Senior Key Account Manager at the site for day-to-day operational support, ensuring alignment with site-specific needs and objectives.
Additionally, the Operations Director at the Head Office will provide oversight for corporate compliance and strategic direction, ensuring that the role aligns with broader company policies and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Liaison Between Site and Corporate Office:
Serve as the main point of contact between the site team and corporate departments, ensuring clear communication and understanding of both operational needs and corporate policies.
Management of Service Contracts:
Take the lead in managing a portfolio of specialist contracts for the site, ensuring they are aligned with corporate guidelines and operational needs.
Operational Process Support:
Support the site team in implementing corporate policies, offering practical solutions to ensure smooth operations while staying aligned with corporate requirements.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Monitor service provider performance and site operations to ensure compliance with established standards and manage any potential risks.
Training and Knowledge Sharing:
Mentor and guide the site team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed while adhering to company standards.
Collaboration and Process Improvement:
Foster strong working relationships between the site and corporate teams, promoting collaboration to improve processes and drive efficiency.
