You will work in an Agile team within the Thales Digital Identity & Security (DIS) Business Line, for the On‑Demand Connectivity (ODC) products.

Responsibilities
- Work in a DevOps team to deploy, operate, maintain and improve ODC products in GCP Cloud, following the SRE approach.
- Deploy Thales products in cloud.
- Perform onboarding tests, communicate technical risk concerns, and help prepare mitigation plans.
- Monitor systems with real‑time monitoring tools.
- Extend and acknowledge completion of handover milestones to Tiers I and II to comply with contractual SLAs.
- Support operations tasks to shape the product roadmap and establish strong operational readiness across teams.
- Provide technical guidance for new or evolving services and for consolidated technical analyses.
- Participate in the preparation and review of technical product and customer‑specific documentation.
- Provide technical direction when CAB requires Tier II input, expertise or changes with high‑risk impacts on customer SLAs.
- Ensure the integrity of the solution functional baseline and architecture.
- Develop and maintain IAC code and automation tools.
- Perform regular performance tuning, technological watch and updates on the service platform.
- Provide 24/7 on‑call support in shifts.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and GCP (preferred) or AWS/Azure administration and support in a production‑grade environment.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, HashiCorp.
- Strong knowledge of system integration, operation, maintenance and automation tools.
- Proficient scripting skills in SHELL or Python.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and service delivery best practices.
- Knowledge of cloud service providers (GCP/AWS/Azure), monitoring tools, networking, infrastructure and Linux.
- Experience in the telecom domain is highly preferred.

- Working Location: One North
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
- 24/7 on‑call support in shift rotation (average one shift per team member every 2 months)
