Roles & Responsibilities Due to expansion of our client's business, we continue to look for suitable candidates to work at our client's data centre site.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the works of site personnel including that of subcontractor and suppliers.
- Monitor daily activities and provide the necessary reports to the Site / Project Manager.
- Support the inspection works with the Client's representative.
- Ensure adherence by stakeholders on their Method of Statements/Procedures (MOPs, MOSs), Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) and Safe Work Procedures (SWPs).
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and requirements on site by personnel, subcontractors and vendors.
- Identify Safety non-compliances or incompatibility of works, and report them to Safety Department.
- Prepare the necessary documentation for inspection with client.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation furbished by subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure that non-compliances raised are reported and rectified immediately.
- Coordinate materials delivery on site and ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
- Ensure and maintain accurate records and documentation of submissions, delivered goods (i.e. delivery orders, drawings), site inventories and material usage.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Provide daily and weekly reports to site manager.
- Maintain daily records on site including but not limited to inspection forms, daily site records, manpower deployments and safety matters.
Requirements:
- Experience in Project Supervision, preferably in data centre or critical environment.
- Certification in workplace safety (eg.
WSQ, WSH) preferred.
- Positive proactive attitude and ethical behaviour.
- Team player with ability to work independently and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
