Job Description
- Report to Project Director and Project Manager on site matters and progress of work, including coordination with consultation, architect and authorities for site matters
- Liaise with QS to monitor work schedules and claims or VOs
- Able to lead a team of foreign workers
- Study technical drawings and highlight on-site discrepancies with resolution
- Coordinate with subcontractors based on shop drawings and project schedule
- Providing reports and activity updates to management
- Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the subcontractors & suppliers
- Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures and maintain good housekeeping
- Monitor, coordinate, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality and an efficient manner
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years working in Singapore construction industry (ideally landed projects)
- Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS) Certificate
- Ability to read and interpret technical architectural drawings is critical
- Positive work attitude, Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
- A team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to start work on short notice would be an advantage
- Possess a driving license
