Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively market financial solutions and prospect for new SME clients.
- Client Management: Manage and service a portfolio of SME accounts, serving as the primary contact point for their banking needs.
- Financial Solutions: Understand client needs and provide customized financial products, services, and solutions.
- Credit Management: Prepare credit proposals, conduct financial analysis, and review loan requests for existing and potential clients.
- Client Engagement: Conduct field visits, build strong relationships with clients, and address their needs through personalized engagement.
- Goal Achievement: Meet assigned revenue and sales targets for the client portfolio.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
