Responsibilities:
Monitoring of all systems, applications and network infrastructure events using the monitoring tools.
Analysis of incidents based on event management matrix.
Escalating incidents to Level 2 support engineers where required.
Perform daily activities as documented in the daily checklist
To monitor, track and update the change management activities & routine activities
Ensuring that all outstanding activities/tasks are documented and handed over to incoming shift.
To send SMS to stakeholders for any P1 incidents
Activates and facilitates the Technical/Management Bridge when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, Business or equivalent
At least 3 years of IT experience
With at least 2 years as a command centre operator in an enterprise command centre
Minimum of 2 years of Event Management and Incident Management experience.
