Position: Snr Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Changi Airport
Work Schedule: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user computing device (EUCD) support and troubleshooting
- Manage and deploy laptops and related hardware
- Handle incidents and service requests via ServiceNow
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and services
- Administer Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
- Provide support for Mac and Apple devices
- Ensure high-quality customer service and user satisfaction
- Adhere to ITIL best practices (preferred)
Requirements:
- Experience in EUCD support and deployment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Hands-on experience with Mac and Apple product support
- Good communication and customer service skills
- ITIL certification or knowledge is an advantage
