Overview
As a ServiceNow Software Developer/ Consultant, you are required to review, analyze current and proposed business operations and provide overall design and solution to address the business outcome.

What will you do?
Providing advice on design, architecture and assessment of Digital SolutionsEstablish ServiceNow architecture governance framework and design patterns to drive standardization across projectsAdvise on cloud technology adoption based on business & technical consideration.
Propose integration strategies for the various technology components to achieve a holistic solution.Lead technical architecture design and documentation, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and government security requirementsDesign and validate solution integration approaches with existing systems and new technologiesEvaluate digital solutions and assess their practical implementation feasibilityIdentify and communicate with key stakeholdersGather, review and analyze business & operation requirements and translate into user stories.Understanding business & operations needs and translate into technical requirementConduct workshops and meetings to facilitate solution brainstorming for both client and technical team.Perform gap analysis to identify the difference between current processes and desired outcomes, proposing solutions to bridge these gaps.Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.Build Test casesFacilitate UAT sessions with business users, and ensure that solutions are fit.Develop and execute test plans capture artifacts to ensure the solution meets the specified requirements and quality standardsTo support post implementation tasks including, troubleshooting, administration, patching and upgrades.To work with stakeholders and recommend best practices in areas such as Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) and App Engine.Lead in POC/POV, product evaluation and tech refresh activities The ideal candidate should possess:
Diploma /Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalentMinimum 7 years of experience in the IT fieldAt least 7 years of experience with implementation and / or support of ServiceNow modulesMust have ServiceNow System Administrator certification, Application developer, ServiceNow HRSD implementation and Certified Technical Architect certification.Minimum Seven years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with hands-on experience in ground up implementations with ServiceNow productsMinimum Seven years of experience with ServiceNow scoped applications and all scripting module experience including client scripts, business rules, workflow, flow designer, script includes, UI actions, UI macros, UI pages etc.
