As a Design Validation Product Engineer on High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), you will help develop next-generation HBM products.
Product Engineers are a key interface between Design, Manufacturing, Test, Quality, and external customers.
We own HBM products from the Design phase through bring-up, qualification, and volume production.
The seniority level offered will be based on experience and education.
In HIG (High Bandwidth Memory, Heterogeneous Integration Group), we innovate end-to-end front-end and backend processes, with design, debugging various tests, and qualification techniques to develop low power per bit solutions for ML and AI applications.

Responsibilities
Understand the JEDEC specifications for HBM, understand and create internal architecture documentation, and possess schematic & layout knowledge of our designs.
Validate HBM designs and address problems through hardware and software debugging in the lab, circuit simulations, and data analysis.
Communicate and collaborate with the PE team and other multi-functional teams to enable project success.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
Experience with schematic, simulation, data analysis, lab debugging, or pattern manipulation
Productive and efficient time management to enable effective work
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a team environment
What Sets You Apart
Coursework in VLSI, semiconductor process, Python and C/C++
Experience with Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog
Innovative approach open to improving procedures or products
Self-motivation and passion
Ability to convey ideas effectively, verbally or in writing
