Senior Engineer / Principal Engineer (Wet/Implant)
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Process Engineer / Principal Engineer to lead and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes in the Wet Clean and Implant modules.
The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving process improvements in a high-volume fab environment.
Job Description:
- Responsibly for daily day to day activities of Wet, Diffusion, Anneal process monitoring, troubleshooting and improvement activities
- Module SPC champion/ representative for DIW PAT modules
- Drive Wet/Diffusion/Anneal CIP project for yield, quality and cost improvement
- Create OCAP and train technician to execute OCAP
- Review and improve area work instruction and training checklist for manufacturing execution
- Able to manage own project/KPI to meet timeline and target
- Setup SiView related recipe, process definition for implant, anneal
- Process backup for other DIW process (Implant, metrology-opti probe)
- Work towards OOC improvement and ensure SPC meet Cpk >1.67
- Work with equipment engineering for improvement activities and FDC setup
- Able to plan and execute Change Request with proper FMEA , risk analysis assessment from start till full implementation
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the division.
- Identify process simplification opportunities and drive cross functional teams in implementation Incorporate best known manufacturing methods into early development phase of upcoming nodes.
- This position requires communications and collaboration with RD and TD team.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates possess Bachelors in Materials Science, Chemical/Microelectronic Engineering are welcomed to apply.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the field of Process Engineering.
Wet, Diffusion, Anneal Process Knowledge and prior work experience is preferred (e.g. FDC, SPC, Statistical software- Minitab/JMP) - Strong knowledge and experience in Wet/Diffusion process and other wafer fab process is preferred.
