The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to support business processes and enhance user experience.
The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to implement scalable, high‐quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, etc.).
Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, or third-party tools.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, and deployment.
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance and scalability.
Manage Salesforce configurations such as workflows, validation rules, flows, and page layouts.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce components.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and platform updates.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL .
Strong understanding of
Salesforce configuration and customization .
Experience with
Salesforce APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP) .
Familiarity with
Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits .
Knowledge of
DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) and version control (Git)
is a plus.
Experience with
Salesforce AppExchange products
and third‐party integrations.
Certifications (preferred)
Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
Salesforce Administrator or App Builder (advantageous)
