Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading development initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of Newgen solutions with cloud environments, and driving best practices in software development and deployment
Lead the design, development, and implementation of
Newgen-based solutions .
Ensure the integration of
Newgen with cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Oversee the
core development lifecycle , including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
Optimize and enhance
Newgen workflows and automation processes .
Develop and maintain
cloud-native applications
within Newgen environments.
Implement and manage
CI/CD pipelines
for smooth deployment across UAT, staging, and production environments.
Ensure application security, scalability, and performance in the cloud.
Lead and mentor a team of
developers, analysts, and engineers .
Work closely with
stakeholders, architects, and business units
to align development with business goals.
Enforce best practices for
code quality, security, and compliance .
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science with strong experience with 3 to 5 years of experience on Newgen Product Suit, Newgen development, troubleshooting, and system optimization and Team lead experience
Hands-on experience with Newgen OmniDocs, OmniFlow, or any other Newgen BPM/ECM solutions.
Cloud Expertise – Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud deployment and management
CI/CD & DevOps – Experience in Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or similar tools.
Strong in Java, .NET, Python, or relevant backend languages.
Expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and cloud databases.
Security & Compliance – Knowledge of cloud security, vulnerability assessment, and best practices.
Agile & Team Leadership – Proven experience in leading teams, sprint planning, and Agile methodologies.
Newgen Certified Developer.
Cloud Certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience in microservices architecture.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Shortlisted candidate will be offered a 1 Year agency contract employment.
